Delivery

Delivery to your preferred address is within 5 to 6 ( Ireland and Northern Ireland)  and up to 7 (UK) working days (Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays) of our dispatch.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. HappyCloud shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Returns
We will only accept returns where we have despatched the wrong items or if the goods are damaged.  Goods returned for reasons other than stated will:

b) Credit will only be given for goods returned in their original packing and condition.

c) Special order items may not be returned.

d) Assembled or used items may not be returned.

e) In certain circumstances goods returned will be refunded or exchanged and only at the suppliers discretion.

All returns must be notified to HappyCloud within 30 days of receipt of goods.  All claims in connection with the goods must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and the customer hereby agrees that he / she is prohibited from making a claim otherwise.  No claim shall entitle the customer to withhold any payment whatsoever from HappyCloud.
